A black woman by the name of Tabia Lee has filed a lawsuit against De Anza College, a community college in Cupertino, Calif., for firing her over her objections to the school’s racist, anti-white policies and procedures.
Back in March, Lee was let go by De Anza College after she questioned the so-called “anti-racist” orthodoxy framing her position as the school’s diversity, equity, and inclusion, or DEI, director.
Upon noticing that De Anza College is “illegally targeting white people,” Lee started bringing it up to other faculty and staff members, only to be told that she was guilty of “whitesplaining” and not being the “right kind of black person.”
“I was told that [I] was supposed to only advance what at that time I was calling a third-wave anti-racism ideology,” Lee said about her horrible experience at the school.
“She happens to be black, but first and foremost, Dr. Lee is a teacher dedicated to humanism and civil rights,” the complaint reads.
“She teaches that people should not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character. De Anza is hostile to this concept.”

To hold such a position while having black skin is something that leftists simply cannot tolerate, hence why Lee was accused by her peers and superiors of not being the “right kind of black person.”
Ironically, it is patently racist for leftists to expect all black people to agree with their far-left positions, or else be dubbed the “wrong” kind of black person. Leftists simply cannot tolerate black people holding anything even resembling a conservative viewpoint, especially when that viewpoint treats white people fairly and equally.
The left expects Lee and other blacks – and especially blacks who hold DEI positions – to be vocally and unequivocally racist against white people. In this case, Lee refused to treat white people unfairly and with disdain, and because of this she was fired from her job.
De Anza College claims that it fired Lee for a different reason, that being her alleged “persistent inability to demonstrate cooperation in working with colleagues and staff,” as well as her “unwillingness to accept constructive criticism.”
The school also claims that it had no choice but to fire Lee because it has “no expectation on the part of the Tenure Review Committee … that improvements in these two critical areas can ever be achieved.”
“These are people who should definitely know better,” Lee told the media about the school officials who fired her and made these ridiculous excuses as to why.
“And the way that they behaved was what they claim other people do to marginalized people. They literally marginalized me as an individual, and they shunned me and they worked really hard to push me out.”
Other things Lee did that prompted her firing include:
• Objecting to De Anza College’s claim that its buildings exist atop the stolen land of a Native American tribe
• Trying to spearhead a “Jewish inclusion” event on campus
• Refusing to join a “socialist network”
• Declining to use the gender-neutral term “Latinx”
• Asking why the word “black” is always capitalized by leftists but not “white”
For daring to suggest a pause on that first point about De Anza’s stolen land position, Lee was called a “b****” and “dictatorial” by her tolerant fellow employees. It turns out that all she actually wanted to do was add changes to the land acknowledgement that were proposed by the Native American tribes themselves.
Lee was also accused of being a “white supremacist” even though she has black skin.
“I no longer participate in gender pronouns because I find that the same toxic ideologies around race ideologies are now being advanced under gender ideologies,” she further added about her position on the LGBT agenda.
